License Information — Texas Mortgage Partner Network

ShopDPA is a Texas home loan referral service. We are not a licensed mortgage broker, lender, or loan officer. We do not originate, fund, approve, or service loans. ShopDPA connects qualified Texas homebuyers with state down payment assistance programs (TSAHC, TDHCA, MCC) and with licensed mortgage professionals in our Texas partner network.

Partner Loan Officer Credentials

All licensed mortgage professionals in the ShopDPA Texas partner network are individually licensed by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending (TX-SML) and registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Borrowers are matched with a partner LO based on geography, loan product, and program eligibility.

You can verify any individual loan officer’s license status free of charge through the NMLS Consumer Access portal by searching the LO’s NMLS number.
